Remuneration for the role is commensurate with your demonstrated online commercial success to date and the future success you bring the company over the next 3 to 5 years. This global based role can be based in Australia Asia Europe or America. Responsibilities include Develop and implement global sales strategy and process that will meet or exceed the company s targeted revenues. Market and present our services to secure business with new and existing corporate clients. Identify new opportunities for the business and build relationships with our clients. Work closely with the channel partners to identify new opportunities for the business. Build and develop the global direct and indirect sales platform for the business -using the best combination of call centre sales agent network and regional sales teams. Develop and implement global online marketing campaigns including search engine marketing web development web optimization with a view to grow revenue and web traffic. Manage the delivery of campaigns and websites including liaison with internal production team that involve a combination of the above marketing activities. Post analysis and reporting of online marketing campaign performance. Responsible for Global Branding and marketing in conjunction wit the Board. Undertake and manage trade show and industry representation. Responsibilities include innovative lead generation meticulous follow-up and professional virtual presentations with prospective clients. Maintain and develop partner channel sales and relationships. Guide direct and assist partner channels in growing channel sales distribution and job seeker growth. Seek out and implement new channel partners with a view to grow revenue base. Co-ordinate between channel partners and the business development teams response to technical issues development and website enhancements. Staff management. Board reporting.
